    How do I apply for EasyUpgrade Subscription?
    Visit iStyle store and choose the device you want to subscribe to. Provide the required personal data (have your ID with you) and go through the credibility verification – the salesperson will guide you through the process. You might be requested to log in to you bank account for identity confirmation. Logging to your bank account is a verified method (PSD2) of identity confirmation. This methodology was implemented by the European Union in 2019.When you receive the positive results just sign the contract and you can enjoy your new device.
    How much is my monthly fee?
    Monthly fee depends on the device you've chosen and contract duration but you will know the exact monthly fee at the beginning of the process in POS.
    Is the device covered with a guarantee?
    Yes, throughout the whole contract duration, the device is either covered by producer’s or rental linked guarantee.
    What is EasyUpgrade Subscription+?
    EasyUpgrade Subscription+ is a subscription program option, where you also have a device repair service included. If you break the screen or flood your device during the subscription contract, we will repair it for you with no additional costs as long as it is your first accident during the past 12 month.
    What is the upgrade option?
    Upgrade option allows you to change your device to a new one during the subscription contract. Depending on the initial contract duration, you will be able to use this option after 12 or 24 months. You just pay the upgrade fee, the initial contract is closed and you sign a new one for the new device for a new period. Upgrade option is available only if you pay your fees on time.
    What is PSD2 scoring?
    PSD2 (Payment Services Directive) is a UE directive regarding payment services that enhances the security of payment transactions and the protection of consumer data.
    Is EasyUpgrade subscription affecting your creditworthiness?
    No. EasyUpgrade Subscription is not a credit loan and it has no impact on your creditworthiness.
    Is your data secure after returning the device? Do you have to erase all data when returning device?
    Yes, your data is secure. Our service will professionally erase all the data from the device.
    What is the term of EasyUpgrade Subscription agreement?
    In EasyUpgrade Subscription program you can choose 24 or 36-month contract duration.
    WWhat happens to the device after return?
    When subscription contract ends the device undergoes verification  (grading) of its visual and technical condition. All data is erased, and the device may be given a second life.
